HIIT - Cardio & Strength
Our signature workout in the HIIT studio fuses 3 workout principles together: Strength Training, Cardio Endurance and Explosive Power – all essential components for living a longer healthy life. This total body workout will help you build muscle strength, improve your fitness levels and burn fat. No Fused class is the same – the only constant is the dedication of our instructors and the “we can do this” attitude of the participants.
YOGA - Our Signature Class
Time to reduce stress while building core strength and increasing muscle and joint flexibility. Our signature yoga class will take beginners and intermediates alike. We start by placing special emphasis on controlled breathing and posture. As our series of classes progress, so will the pace. The challenge will increase, as will your strength and cardiovascular endurance.
PILATES - Matwork
Our Pilates Mat based class is designed to improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and core stability by engaging multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Each class integrates a range of Pilates equipment, allowing for a varied and engaging workout that targets different areas of the body. You will move through the different exercises, incorporating bodyweight and equipment, with an emphasis on proper form, technique and progressions. Matwork Essentials is suitable for all fitness levels.
PILATES - Reformer
Empower your body and focus your mind in our signature pilates reformer class. Syncing your movements with the rhythm of your breath, you’ll flow through each movement and create a powerful connection from head to toe.
